A relaxed, friendly and supportive introduction to Warhammer 40,000 for young hobbyists.
Our Supported Gaming Club is a small-group Warhammer 40,000 session designed for children and young people who may benefit from a calmer environment, additional support and a little more time to learn and play.
Sessions take place on Saturday afternoons from 3:00pm–5:00pm and focus on having fun, learning the game and building confidence at a pace that works for each player.
We'll primarily use Combat Patrol and smaller 500-point games, making the games easier to learn and allowing players to get involved without the complexity or length of a full-sized Warhammer battle.
We understand that busy gaming spaces can sometimes be overwhelming. That's why our sessions are deliberately kept small, with plenty of guidance available throughout the afternoon.
We also have a quiet area available for anyone who needs to take a break, reset or simply have some time away from the gaming tables.
Parents and carers remain on site throughout the session, giving children the reassurance of having their familiar support network nearby.
Each session will include:
There is no pressure to win and no expectation that players already know how to play. Whether they're completely new to Warhammer or already have an army at home, we'll help them get involved.
The aim is simple: have fun, learn something new, make friends and enjoy a couple of hours of gaming in a supportive environment.
Sessions: Every other Saturday, 3:00pm–5:00pm
Location: Dungeons & Donuts
Price: £5 per player
Parents/carers: Remain on site throughout the session
Group size: Limited places to keep the sessions friendly and well supported
